New meaning to "Egg Roll"
First beat an egg or two in a small bowl.
Add a pinch of salt.
Pour the egg onto a frying pan. (don't forget the oil)
Before the egg gets fully cooked, lay down a sheet of Nori(seaweed)
Begin rolling the two together as the egg gets cooked.
Roll it all the way up like so,
Cut across width-wise.
And wallah!
You have one of the easiest and prettiest(?) Korean side-dishes ever!
If you don't like fishy-ness of Nori, this probably isn't for you.
